| Associate Expert – Customs | Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Software Engineering/Data Science or closely related field; Minimum 10 years relevant experience including 6 years in use of ICT for international trade operations. |

Scope of Work
- Review and document existing Customs processes, procedures and information flows relevant to MAITRI Phase-II.
- Map end-to-end import, export, transit, examination, assessment, clearance processes at seaports and land ports.
- Provide domain inputs for functional requirements, business rules, workflows, data dictionaries and interface specifications.
- Support integration of MAITRI with Customs, port, land-port and other government/operational systems including LPMS.
- Validate proposed MAITRI workflows and support UAT and functional testing.
