How to Apply

- Sign the printed online form and attach it to the application in Annexure-III format along with a detailed CV.
- Forward the application through your Head of Department / Competent Authority and the Railway Board with NOC, vigilance/DAR clearance, details of penalties (if any) and APARs for the last 5 years.
- Email an advance copy with the CV to [email protected]. Ensure that the forwarded application reaches RITES by the last date; the advance copy alone is not sufficient.
- Do not wait for the last date. Requests for extension of time will not be entertained.
General Conditions
- The post is on a deputation basis for a normal tenure of three years, which may be extended depending on requirement and performance.
- The officer may be posted anywhere in India or abroad as per the requirement of RITES.
- Company or leased accommodation will be provided as per entitlement.
- The Ministry of Railways has exempted RITES from the rule of immediate absorption for three years beyond 31 August 2023.
- Applications must be routed through the proper channel. An advance copy is for record only and does not substitute the forwarded application.
- Age and eligibility will be determined as on the last date of submission of the application; the upper age limit is 57 years.
- Only eligible and complete applications received within the prescribed time will be considered. Late or incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.
