Editorial & Verification Policy

RojgarPulse publishes government recruitment information — job notifications, results, admit cards, answer keys and syllabus details. This page explains where that information comes from, how we check it, how we date it, and what we do when we get something wrong.

1. Where our information comes from

We use the recruiting organisation’s own material as the source: the official notification PDF, the official recruitment portal, or an official press release. We do not treat other job aggregator sites, social-media posts or forwarded messages as a source.

2. What we publish, and what we skip

  • Vacancy counts, eligibility, qualification, age limits, category and pay are copied from the official notice only.
  • If a detail is not stated in the official notice, the listing shows “As per notification” or “—” rather than an estimate.
  • We do not invent dates, vacancy numbers, categories or pay scales.
  • Recruitment that has not been publicly notified is not published, even when it is widely rumoured.

3. The three dates on a listing

Each listing keeps three dates separate so nothing is ambiguous:

  • Notification / published date — when the recruiting body released the notice.
  • Closing date— the last date to apply as printed in the official notice. This is what the “days left” countdown uses.
  • Last verified — the date our editorial team last checked the listing against the official source.

4. Open, closing soon, and closed

A listing is shown as open while its closing date is in the future. When the closing date is within a few days it is marked closing soon. Once the published closing date has passed, the listing is marked closed, removed from the active job lists, and kept on its own page for reference and search.

Some notices — for example results or admit-card announcements — have no closing date. These are shown as informational updates and are not counted as active vacancies.

5. By-lines and accountability

Job, result, admit-card and answer-key pages carry the by-line “Verified by RojgarPulse Editorial Team” and a last-verified date. We do not publish anonymous notices. The About page explains who writes the site.

6. Corrections

If a listing is wrong or out of date, we re-check it against the official source and correct it. When the change is significant — a changed closing date, a corrected vacancy count, or a pay figure — we update the listing and its last-verified date. To report an error, use the contact page.

7. Independence

Editorial decisions are made by the editorial team alone. Advertisers, sponsors and recruiting organisations cannot buy a favourable placement, change a closing date, hide a notice, or have a closed listing shown as open.

8. Automation and review

We use software to collect notices and to keep deadlines and status current. Automated collection is followed by an editorial check against the official source before a notice is treated as verified. Automated processes never set a closing date, a vacancy count or a pay figure on their own.

9. Contact and grievance

For corrections, questions about this policy, or a content grievance, write to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on business days.

See also our Terms of Service and Disclaimer. In every case, the official notification issued by the recruiting body prevails.
