RITES Limited, a Navratna and Schedule ‘A’ Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, Govt. of India, invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible and experienced individual experts for empanelment in various disciplines related to General Consultancy (GC) and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for Metro Rail and Rail based urban transit Projects in India and abroad. The objective is to create a pool of qualified and experienced individual experts to meet qualification and deployment requirements for bidding of GC/PMC assignments, and to facilitate timely engagement of experts after award of consultancy assignments.
Scope of Services
The empanelled experts may be required to perform, inter alia, the following services (but not limited to) related to GC/PMC:
- Preparation of tender documents, specifications, manuals and reports
- Construction supervision of Civil, Track and System related works
- Quantity surveying, billing verification and cost control
- Contract administration
- Planning, scheduling, monitoring and progress reporting
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control and Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) management
- Review of contractor’s designs, drawings, method statements and technical submittals
- Interface management and system integration
- Testing, commissioning and trial operations
- Support during Defect Liability Period (DLP) and O&M readiness

Selection Process
- Submission of EOI application comprising Covering Letter, CV in Proforma-1, and supporting documents for qualification and experience.
- EOI application to be submitted in hard copy at the address mentioned below and scanned copy by email.
- Evaluation of EOIs based on eligibility, qualification and relevant experience.
- RITES Limited may seek clarifications and/or conduct interactions, if required.
- A list of empanelled experts shall be prepared and notified through email.
- Empanelment is valid for one (01) year from the date of empanelment. Engagement of empanelled experts shall be project-specific as per requirement.
