Udupi Cochin Shipyard Limited (UCSL), Malpe, Karnataka (wholly-owned subsidiary of Cochin Shipyard Ltd, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways) invites online applications for 04 Office Assistant (TW4 Grade) posts on contract basis.

Vacancy Details

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts (other than Fine/Performing Arts), Science, Commerce, BBA or Computer Applications with 60% marks.
• 2 years post-qualification experience in office work/data entry; MS Office, Excel, SAP desirable.

Age Limit

Not exceeding 30 years as on 27.08.2026; OBC +3, SC +5; max 45 after all relaxations. Only Karnataka-domiciled candidates.

Selection Process

Written Tests (Phase I Objective 70 MCQs, Phase II Descriptive) → certificate verification → merit/reservation → medical fitness. Min pass: UR 50%, OBC 45%, SC 40%.
