Eligibility
- Person of ability, integrity and standing with adequate knowledge of, and capacity in dealing with, problems relating to engineering, finance, commerce, economics, law or management.
- Must be holding or have held a judicial office, or possess professional qualifications with substantial experience in the practice of law with requisite qualifications to have been appointed as a Judge of the High Court or a District Judge.
- Shall not hold any other office; declaration under Section 85(5) of the Electricity Act, 2003 required; in-service applicants apply through proper channel with NOC and last 5 years' ACR grading.
Pay
Per Section 89 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with the MPERC (Salary, Allowance and other Service Conditions) Rules, 2000 (as amended).
