Eligibility
- As per Section 84(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003: person of ability, integrity and standing with adequate knowledge of, and capacity in dealing with, problems relating to engineering, finance, commerce, economics, law or management.
- Declaration/undertaking under Section 85(5) of the Electricity Act, 2003 (no financial/other interest); in-service applicants apply through proper channel with NOC and last 5 years' ACR grading.
Pay
Service conditions and pay per Section 89 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with the MPERC (Salary, Allowance and other Service Conditions of the Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2000 (as amended).
