Qualification
Master's Degree in Computer Science; 10 years or more experience in IT/software; working knowledge of flood damage survey and techno-economic studies. Knowledge of Windows, Linux, API creation, testing etc. desirable.
Broad fields of work: Designing central software, development and dissemination; flood damage survey and techno-economic studies.
