Overview

The Mobile Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using React Native. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and responsive mobile features that align with the vision and architecture of the MY Bharat Platform. The candidate must be experienced in building and deploying apps in a production environment and comfortable working in agile development cycles.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS.
2. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement clean, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces.
3. Integrate mobile apps with backend services and APIs developed in Laravel PHP using RESTful architecture.
4. Ensure performance optimization, responsiveness, and offline support capabilities in mobile apps.
5. Work with device-level capabilities such as push notifications, camera access, geolocation, storage, and sensors.
6. Implement authentication flows and security best practices using Keycloak, JWT, and AES-256 encryption.
7. Debug and resolve technical issues, conduct unit testing, and ensure app stability across various devices and OS versions.
8. Support deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
9. Collaborate with DevOps teams for automated build processes using Git, Jenkins, Docker, and AWS CodePipeline.
10. Maintain technical documentation and assist in knowledge sharing across development teams.
11. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development, tools, and frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in mobile application development using React Native.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, native device APIs, and performance tuning.
• Experience with publishing apps to Play Store and App Store.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong proficiency in React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), and mobile-specific debugging tools.
• Knowledge of mobile platform guidelines, UI/UX standards, and responsiveness.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and Agile methodologies.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, secure authentication, and offline storage techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Consolidated Remuneration:

• Consolidated remuneration shall be commensurate with qualifications and experience within the approved project norms.
