Overview :

The Head – Capacity Building & Onboarding will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding, training, and capacity-building strategies for a diverse ecosystem of youth, volunteers, organizations, and government stakeholders participating in the MY Bharat platform. This role involves planning training content, creating scalable delivery models, managing learning systems, and building partnerships to empower users and enhance their participation in the platform.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and lead the national capacity building and onboarding strategy for various stakeholders on the MY Bharat platform
  2. Develop and execute onboarding journeys for youth, volunteers, NGOs, government departments, and partner organizations
  3. Create and manage training modules, manuals, and toolkits (online and offline) aligned with user roles and platform functions
  4. Oversee implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training platforms
  5. Coordinate train-the-trainer (ToT) programs, virtual workshops, and field-level training initiatives
  6. Partner with government training bodies (e.g., NYKS, NSS), NGOs, academic institutions, and private agencies for content development and delivery
  7. Supervise a team of training coordinators and onboarding executives for field-level rollout
  8. Monitor onboarding progress, training completion rates, feedback, and capacity building outcomes
  9. Ensure inclusion of multilingual, accessible, and culturally contextual content
  10. Regularly update training material based on platform enhancements, user feedback, and policy directives
  11. Maintain dashboards and generate reports on capacity-building activities for internal review and stakeholder communication

 

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Public Administration, Development Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in capacity building, training, or onboarding leadership roles
  • Prior experience working with government programs, non-profits, or large-scale youth engagement platforms preferred
  • Experience with e-governance initiatives, digital platforms, and behavior change training is an advantage

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong experience in training design, e-learning, onboarding strategies, and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent understanding of adult learning principles, digital literacy frameworks, and training content creation
  • Proficiency in handling LMS platforms, interactive tools, and blended learning models
  • Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to design inclusive and scalable capacity-building models suitable for rural, urban, and marginalized communities
  • Familiarity with government training ecosystems and youth-focused development programs is highly desirable

 

Consolidated Remuneration:

  • Consolidated remuneration shall be commensurate with qualifications and experience within the approved project norms.
