RITES Limited Recruitment 2026 - Senior Manager (Human Resource) - 01 Post (Deputation)

RITES Limited, a Navratna Enterprise of the Govt. of India under the Ministry of Railways, invites applications from eligible officers of Group-B / Junior Scale (Gazetted) for filling up 01 post of Senior Manager (Human Resource) on deputation basis in various projects of RITES Limited. The vacancy is notified through Vacancy Circular No. 14/26 (D) dated 13.07.2026.

Scale of Pay

The post carries pay in the 7th CPC Level-8 to 10 (Group-B / Junior Scale, Gazetted). As per Railway Board guidelines, the employee is entitled to parent pay plus deputation allowance, foreign allowance (as applicable) and other perks as admissible on deputation.

Tenure

The normal tenure of deputation shall be 3 (three) years, which may be extended depending upon the requirement and performance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Level: Officers of Group-B / Junior Scale (Gazetted).
• Experience: The candidate must be experienced in HR related works.
• Age Limit: Candidate should not be more than 57 years as on the last date of submission of application.

Selection Process

Selection shall be based on the marking criteria as per Annexure-II of the vacancy circular. The weightage distribution for deputation of officials to RITES is as under:

Candidates securing a score of 60% or above shall be qualified for being considered, as per the order of merit in the Merit List.

How to Apply

1. Applicants are required to apply online in the registration format available in the Career Section of the RITES website: http://www.rites.com. While submitting the online application, the system would generate a 'Registration No.' on top of the online form filled up by the candidate.
2. A copy of this online application form containing the registration number is to be printed, signed and attached with the application in the prescribed format (Annexure-III) along with a detailed CV.
3. Applications are to be sent through the respective administrative officer (HOD) indicating No Objection, Vigilance/DAR clearance and Vigilance/D&AR records indicating details of penalties (if any) imposed upon the applicant during service, and ACRs/APARs for the past 05 years.
4. The forwarded application along with other required documents must reach RITES within 45 (forty-five) days from the date of issue of the vacancy notice.
5. The applicant is also advised to send an advance copy of the application in the prescribed format (Annexure-III) along with detailed CV directly at kapil.soni3@rites.com at the earliest for RITES record.

Important: In the absence of receipt of the forwarded application and required documents within the stipulated period, the advance copy of the application so received will be liable for non-consideration. No correspondence either from the applicant or from his organization in this regard, including the request for extension of time period, shall be entertained. In case of any difficulty in registering online/clarification, if any, the same may be taken up with the above-mentioned e-mail ID.

Accommodation & Other Benefits

RITES will provide Company/Leased Accommodation as per entitlement to the officer who joins RITES on deputation. The Ministry of Railways has conveyed approval for continuance of officers on deputation on exemption from the rule of immediate absorption to RITES for a period of three years beyond 31.08.2023 vide their letters No. 2008/PL/45/04 Pt. dated 02.08.2024 and 20.12.2024.
