The National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru - ranked first among law universities in India by NIRF for eight consecutive years - invites online applications for 1 position of Manager - Academic Administration.

Full-time position based out of the NLSIU campus, Bangalore.
Qualifications
Essential: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 55% aggregate marks (50% for candidates with benchmark disabilities).
Desirable: Master's degree/Post-graduate diploma in any discipline with minimum 55% aggregate marks (50% for benchmark disabilities).
Experience and Skills
- 7-10 years of experience in complex operation process roles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, technical and time-management skills.
- Excellent proficiency in ERP, MS Office, Gmail, Google Documents and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage a process end to end and take full ownership of assigned projects.
Desirable: Prior experience in academic administration or academic operations; experience with ERP and LMS platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end academic processes and coordinate with faculty for course delivery.
- Manage the University academic time-table and examination workflow.
- Support admission process, attendance management, and MIS reporting.
- Coordinate NAAC, NIRF and other regulatory compliance activities.
Selection Process
Part 1 - review of applications and shortlisting in a 1:5 ratio; Part 2 - interview round.
