NLSIU - Assistant Professor (Law)
The National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru - ranked first among law universities in India by NIRF for eight consecutive years - invites applications for 10 positions of Assistant Professor (Law) on a 2-year contract basis (Unreserved).

Subjects
All major Law subjects including: Law of Evidence, Labour Law, Criminal Procedure (ideally with practice experience), Corporate Law (especially with investment and foreign exchange law expertise), Civil Procedure (ideally with practice experience), Family Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Law and Technology.
Essential Qualifications
- A master's degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed).
- Relaxation of 5% provided at graduate and master's level for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Differently Abled categories.
- Communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills necessary for pastoral care and administration of undergraduate and graduate students.
Desirable Qualifications
- Publications in high-quality academic journals.
- Demonstrated academic excellence in University education.
- Evidence of skills needed for higher education teaching and a research record commensurate with career stage.
