Eligibility & General Conditions

Deputation Basis: Officers of Central/State Police or Central/State Government or Union Territory administrations or Public Sector Undertakings or autonomous/statutory organisations holding analogous posts in the parent cadre/department or with the prescribed regular service are eligible. Any graduate qualification is required, along with the prescribed police service experience as per the notice.

Age: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation is 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of nominations.

Service: Candidates must be in analogous posts or hold the prescribed regular service in feeder grades, and nominations must be routed through proper channel.
