Naini Aerospace Limited (NAeL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), invites online applications from eligible candidates for engagement on Fixed Term Employment (FTE) Basis for a period of Four (04) years in the Non-Executive cadre at Naini, Prayagraj, UP (Advertisement No. NAeL/Rectt./26/02).

- Upper age limit: 28 years (UR/EWS)

- Disabled Ex-Servicemen: up to 45 years (50 for SC/ST, 48 for OBC)

Qualification Notes:

- Candidates with higher qualification than required should NOT apply

Selection Process:
- Written Test (MCQ, 2½ hrs, 160 marks, no negative marking)
- Part I: General Awareness (20 Qs × 1 mark)
- Part II: English & Reasoning (40 Qs × 1 mark)
- Part III: Concerned Discipline/Trade (100 Qs × 1 mark)
- Document Verification

Tenure:
- Fixed Term Employment for 4 years
- Can be terminated by 1 month notice from either side
- No claim to regular/permanent employment
