KMRL Executive (HR) / Assistant Executive (HR) Recruitment 2026
Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL), a 50:50 Joint Venture of Government of India and Government of Kerala, invites applications for the posts of Executive (HR) - E1 and Assistant Executive (HR) - E0 in the HR Department on regular basis (Advt. No. KMRL/HR/2026-27/08 dated 04.08.2026).

Educational Qualification
Full time regular MBA or its equivalent with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university/institute with HR as one of the specialization. Degree in Law is desirable.
Experience
- Executive (HR): Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations in PSUs or large reputed Private Companies (min. annual turnover Rs. 200 crores).
- Asst. Executive (HR): Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in the same areas. Private sector candidates: min CTC Rs. 5.50 lakhs p.a. (Asst. Executive) / Rs. 7.00 lakhs p.a. (Executive).
Age Limit (as on 01.08.2026)
Executive (HR): 32 years; Asst. Executive (HR): 30 years (age relaxation as per reservation rules).
