Qualification / Experience

Full Time / Part Time Specialists

• MBBS from an institution recognized by NMC/MCI
• Post Graduation Diploma / Degree (MD/MS/DNB or equivalent) in relevant discipline from an institution recognized by NMC/MCI/National Board of Examinations
• Should be registered with Medical Council
• Experience: PG Degree + 3 years experience OR PG Diploma + 5 years experience in the concerned specialty

Senior Resident (3-Year Contract – Under Senior Residency Scheme)

• MBBS from an institution recognized by NMC/MCI
• PG Diploma / Degree (MD/MS/DNB or equivalent) in relevant discipline
• Should be registered with Medical Council
• Experience: If PG degree/diploma candidates not available, candidates with 2 years experience after MBBS in the concerned specialty may also be considered

Senior Resident (1-Year Contract – Against GDMO Post)

• BDS from an institution recognized by Dental Council
• PG Degree in Endodontics or Orthodontics or equivalent
• Should be registered with Dental Council

Age Limit

• Part Time Specialists: Not exceeding 69 years
• Senior Residents (3-Year & 1-Year): 45 years (Age relaxation as per Govt. of India Rules)

Remuneration

• Part Time Specialists: ₹60,000/- per month for 16 hours/week (max 4 hrs/day). Additional ₹15,000/- for emergency visit. ₹800/- per additional hour beyond 16 hrs/week
• Senior Residents (3-Year & 1-Year): Pay Band 3, Level-11 of ₹67,700/- + allowances (DA, HRA, NPA, TA, etc.). Deduction of ₹1,350/- for Diploma only holders; ₹2,250/- for those without Diploma/Degree

Tenure

• Specialists: 1 year or till regular incumbent joins
• Senior Resident (3-Year): Maximum 3 years, subject to annual renewal
• Senior Resident (1-Year): Maximum 1 year or till regular incumbent joins

Security Deposit

Selected candidates to furnish a DD/Bankers Cheque of ₹10,000/- in favour of 'ESIC Fund A/c No. 1' payable at Rudrapur.
