Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (Pilani Campus, Alumni Relations) invites applications for the position of Manager – Annual Giving and Small Donations.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the annual giving and small-donations programme of BITS Pilani.
- Design and run multi-channel donation campaigns (email, social, WhatsApp, web, tele-outreach).
- Own donor data and CRM (Salesforce); capture gifts, segment audiences, track pledges.
- Deliver donor servicing - thank-you communications, tax receipts, welcome journeys.
- Set up online giving infrastructure - payment gateways, donation forms, recurring gifts.
- Track fundraising metrics and manage a small team.
Qualification & Experience
- Full time Postgraduate (MBA, MA, MSW or similar) with 7-8 years relevant experience in fundraising, annual giving, digital/CRM marketing or membership programmes.
- At least 5 years in a higher education institution / non-profit.
- Experience of leading and managing teams is essential.
- Hands-on familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), email-marketing tools (Mailchimp).
- Should not be above 40 years of age as on 1 August 2026.
Remuneration
Up to Rs. 16 lakhs per annum, depending on experience/suitability.
