Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (WILP - Off-campus Programmes and Industry Engagement) invites applications for the position of Assistant Manager – Examinations.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Support planning, coordination and execution of examination activities for WILP programmes (onsite and online/hybrid modes).
- Maintain examination calendars, student communications, hall ticket processes and exam centre coordination.
- Coordinate with examination centres, service providers and internal teams.
- Support question paper coordination, data collection, version control.
- Maintain examination records, answer sheet processes, evaluator coordination.
- Prepare trackers, dashboards, MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Support process audits, SOPs, checklists and process documentation.
Qualification & Experience
- Postgraduate qualification in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in research, data management, data validation, statistical analysis or operational coordination.
- Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills; good communication and coordination skills.
