Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (Pilani Campus, Alumni Relations) invites applications for the position of Manager – Alumni Engagement and Stewarding.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the alumni engagement programme of BITS Pilani across batches, regions and affinity groups.
- Plan and oversee flagship engagement initiatives - mentorship, Practice School, Placements, Startups.
- Own the alumni stewardship calendar - thank-you communications, tax receipts, named-fund reports.
- Identify and cultivate volunteer leadership across alumni chapters.
- Manage the professional team of Alumni Engagement and Stewardship staff.
- Track engagement and stewardship metrics.
Qualification & Experience
- Full time Postgraduate (MBA, MSW, MA or similar in Marketing) with 7-8 years relevant experience in alumni relations, fundraising, donor stewardship or engagement programmes.
- At least 5 years in a Higher Education institution / non-profit.
- Experience of leading and managing teams is essential.
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and event management tools.
- Should not be above 40 years of age as on 1 August 2026.
Remuneration
Suitable candidate will be placed in Level 11 with a minimum basic pay of Rs. 67,700 per month plus DA and other benefits as per Institute norms.
