- Group A posts: Master's degree with 55% + 15 years experience (Finance Officer/Controller of Examinations); Ph.D. in Computer Science with 10 years experience (Director Computer Centre); B.E./B.Tech Civil + 8 years experience (Executive Engineer); M.A./Master's + 5 years as Assistant Registrar (Deputy Registrar); M.Lib.Sc + NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. (Assistant Librarian); Deputation from Audit & Accounts services (Internal Audit Officer).
- Section Officer / ASO: Bachelor's degree + 3 years experience (L6) / 8 years as UDC (L4) / equivalent; computer proficiency, noting & drafting.
- UDC: Bachelor's degree + 2 years LDC experience + typing @35 wpm English / 30 wpm Hindi.
- LDC: Bachelor's degree + typing @35/30 wpm + computer proficiency.
- Laboratory Assistant: B.Sc with 2 years experience of sophisticated instruments.
- Electrician: HSLC + ITI Electrical certificate with 2 years experience.
- Laboratory Attendant: 10+2 Science / 10th with Science + Lab Technology skill certificate.
- Library Attendant: 10+2 + Certificate course in Library Science + 1 year experience.
