District Programme Office (ICDS), Collectorate West Champaran, Bettiah invites applications in the prescribed proforma for engagement of Block Coordinator (प्रखण्ड समन्वयक) on a purely contractual basis under Poshan Abhiyaan (National Nutrition Mission). Eligibility Criteria
- Essential: Graduate in any discipline with IT / computer knowledge; minimum 2 years of experience working with technology and frontline workers in any social-sector Department / Programme of the Government.
- Mandatory: Only local candidates to be engaged; good oral and written communication skills in the local language; proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a team environment with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Scope of work: training of AWWs and Supervisors in ICT-RTM/CAS, monitoring CAS usage and reports, in-person and over-phone troubleshooting of mobiles/tablets/CAS app issues, issue-tracker logging and escalation, training reinforcement for low performers, performance feedback, hardware repair coordination through OEM, and supporting Block-level ICDS officials on CAS usage.
- Selection: on the basis of desirable educational qualification, work experience and counselling / interview. Merit based on Matric, Intermediate and Graduation marks plus ICDS experience. Preference to candidates with prior experience in ICDS Directorate / related departments / international development agencies.
