- QA/QC / technical audit experience: 15-25
- Specialized technical expertise: 10; Integrity undertaking: 5
- Minimum qualifying score of 60/70 marks; separate state-wise and discipline-wise panels
Assignment-Based QA/QC Fee (Indicative)

General Duties
- Site visits to projects; identify/classify deficiencies and non-conformity
- Assess compliance with drawings, specifications, QAP/ITP and contract conditions
- Verify construction quality, workmanship, materials, testing and quality documentation
- Submit prescribed inspection reports with photographs and evidence-based recommendations
