- Professor: Master''s Degree (60%) in IT, Marketing, HRM & OB, General Management (PM & OR); Ph.D from reputed University; Eminent scholar with high-quality publications (Scopus/WoS Q1/Q2 SJR ≥0.40 or ABDC/ABS); 10 years as Associate Professor; 8 publications in Scopus/WoS/ABDC/ABS (ABDC-A/ABS-2 =4 Scopus, ABDC-B/ABS-1=2).
- Associate Professor: Master''s (60%) in same fields; Ph.D; 6 years as Assistant Professor/Deputy Director; 6 publications (same equivalence).
- Assistant Professor: Master''s (60%) in same fields; Ph.D from top-rated University; 1-3 years teaching experience; 4 publications (same equivalence).
- Subjects: IT/MIS/ERP, Marketing/Rural Marketing/Agri Input Marketing/Retail/Organic Food/Market Analytics, HRM & IR, General Management/Operations/QT/Decision Science.
Selection Process
Screening/shortlisting (higher criteria if large applicants) → Demo Class → Research Presentation → Personal Interview before Selection Board. Final selection per SR&P Rules 2026.
