Positions Available

• Professor
• Associate Professor
• Assistant Professor
• Post‑Doctoral Research Fellow

Appointments will be made based on academic qualifications, research record, teaching experience, and overall fit with the School’s strategic priorities.

• Marketing

• Business Analytics

Candidate Profile

Successful candidates are expected to demonstrate:

• An active research agenda with publications in reputable, peer‑reviewed journals
• Strong interest in teaching excellence and student development
• Ability to deliver engaging postgraduate courses using practical, applied, and experiential approaches
• Commitment to curriculum quality, assessment standards, and continuous improvement
• Academic leadership experience and/or industry engagement (preferred)
• Scopus H‑index of 6 or above (preferred, especially for senior positions)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Teach and supervise postgraduate (Master’s and PhD) students
• Conduct high‑quality research and publish in recognized academic outlets
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic quality assurance
• Participate in research grants, consultancy, and industry collaboration
• Engage in academic leadership, mentoring, and service activities within the School
