- Identify and approach clients with substantial credit requirements; grow the high-value credit segment.
- Nurture high-value relationships; cross-sell and upsell credit products and services.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and business targets; manage the allotted credit portfolio and asset quality.
- Negotiate credit terms, interest rates and loan agreements; onboard new clients seamlessly.
- Ensure service quality, review complaints, report account performance, sales activity and market insights.
- Participate in industry events and networking; any other roles assigned by the Bank.
