Roles & responsibilities
- Build customer relationships; acquire new customers; promote CASA, loans, insurance and investment products.
- Achieve sales/business targets; cross-sell and upsell bank and third-party products.
- Portfolio management, KYC compliance and documentation; onboarding and service coordination.
- Field visits and meetings; background/credit-risk checks (CIBIL, CRILC, Account Aggregator); collateral verification.
- End-to-end banking services; SMA 0/1/2 follow-up with collection officers; any other duties assigned.
