About the Role
TERI invites applications for the position of Project Associate / Research Associate (Consultant) to support ongoing research and development initiatives in Sustainable Agriculture. The selected candidate will contribute to projects focused on agriculture entomology, crop protection, integrated pest management, and sustainable farming practices.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Master’s degree in Agriculture Entomology with an excellent academic record.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of R&D experience in:
- Industrial research organizations
- Academic institutions
- Scientific & Technology (S&T) organizations
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates who have qualified:
- CSIR-UGC NET
- GATE
- Other national-level examinations conducted by Central Government bodies
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research in agricultural entomology and sustainable farming models.
- Assist in field experiments, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Contribute to project documentation, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support ongoing research initiatives under the Sustainable Agriculture division.
