SSB HC Ministerial Skill Test (Typing Test) 2026

The Skill Test (Typing Test) is the qualifying stage that follows the written examination. As per the official notice, candidates are being considered for the skill test on the basis of their CBT performance, with shortlisting limited to 15 times the number of vacancies in each category. The date of the typing test and the release of the admit card have not been announced yet. Candidates who have qualified the written examination should keep checking the official SSB recruitment portal for the skill test schedule, city intimation and admit card download link. The typing test is normally conducted to assess speed and accuracy, and candidates must be prepared well in advance because the gap between the marks release and the skill test can be short.

SSB HC Ministerial CBT Marks 2026 – Cut Off

The official marks notice does not carry a category-wise cut-off for the Head Constable (Ministerial)-2020 written examination. The notice only releases the individual CBT marks of candidates and states that shortlisting for the Skill Test will be done up to 15 times the vacancies in each category. Any cut-off, if published later, would appear with the shortlist notice or the skill test schedule on the official SSB recruitment portal. Candidates should not rely on unverified cut-off figures circulated on social media or by any third party, as only the official notice is authoritative for this recruitment cycle.

SSB HC Ministerial Result 2026 – Marks Link & Login Details

SSB Result 2026 – Selection Process / Next Stage

The recruitment for Head Constable (Ministerial) in the Sashastra Seema Bal advances through clearly defined stages. Candidates first appeared in the Computer Based Test (written examination), the marks of which were declared on 14 October 2026. On the basis of these written examination marks, candidates are shortlisted up to 15 times the vacancies in each category to be called for the Skill Test (Typing Test). The Skill Test is a qualifying stage that measures typing speed and accuracy, and the date for it has not yet been announced. After the skill test, candidates are expected to move to the physical and medical examination stages and, subsequently, to document verification, as per the standard SSB selection pattern for this post.

Because the marks link is valid only till 24 October 2026, candidates should treat it as an interim result. The declaration of CBT marks does not by itself confirm final selection. Candidates must qualify at each subsequent stage, and the final merit is prepared after all stages are completed. Candidates are advised to keep all original documents ready, monitor the official portal for every notice, and avoid depending on any information that is not issued by the Sashastra Seema Bal or the Ministry of Home Affairs.
