Project Fellow (01) – Haryana State Research Fund (HSRF) Project
Applications are invited from Indian citizens for one Project Fellow in the HSRF-funded project “Psychological Well-Being Index of Haryana School Students (PWBI-Haryana)” in the Department of Psychology, SRM University, Delhi-NCR Sonepat. Project duration is two years; the Fellow is hired for 12 months (one year). Fellowship: Rs. 25,000/- per month.
Essential Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology (MA/MSc Psychology).
- Basic knowledge of research methodology and psychological research.
- Ability to undertake field-based research and interact with school students, teachers and other stakeholders.
- Good communication skills in Haryanvi, Hindi and English.
Desirable
- Ph.D. pursuing scholar in Psychology; research experience in psychology/education/child-adolescent development/mental health.
- Experience in psychological test construction or validation; knowledge of SPSS, R, Excel or other statistical software.
- Quantitative/qualitative research, questionnaire/survey administration and data collection, work with school students, documentation and reporting.
- Familiarity with research ethics, informed consent and confidentiality procedures.
Age Limit
- 28 years as on 01.10.2026; relaxation up to 5 years for SC/ST/PwD and 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer).
