• Professional Development Allowance (PDA): ₹4 lakhs per year
• University-funded PhD scholars to work with faculty members
• Research-first workload, with teaching commitments structured to prioritise research
• Performance-linked pay incentives, with enhanced rewards for high performers
• Research funding up to ₹40 lakhs for interdisciplinary research projects
• Two Postdoctoral Fellows per faculty member, supported under the University Postdoctoral Fellowship Scheme
• Access to advanced research facilities and computing infrastructure

Eligibility & Desired Profile

Applicants should possess:

• A Ph.D. degree with strong interdisciplinary research credentials
• A proven publication record in Q1 / Scopus-indexed journals
• Demonstrated ability to attract research funding or technology transfer / patents
• A strong commitment to collaborative, high-impact research

Researchers with postdoctoral experience and a consistent research output are strongly encouraged to apply.
