Eligibility
- Must be an Indian citizen and a permanent resident of Assam, and must own immovable property in the area
- Must be financially solvent; able to furnish prescribed immovable-property and cash security
- Educational qualification: Matriculation or above; candidates experienced in mouza administration get preference
- The selected candidate must collect the current revenue as well as the arrear revenue of 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25
