Position Overview

The Dean (Academics) will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the University’s academic vision. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing academic planning, policy formulation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of academic programs in alignment with institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in academic planning, curriculum design, and quality enhancement.
• Promote innovation in teaching-learning methodologies and research initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Strengthen collaborations across departments and with external academic bodies.
• Lead faculty development programs and foster a culture of academic excellence.
• Oversee academic audits and continuous quality improvement processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Ph.D. from a recognized university.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in higher education.
• Candidates currently serving as Professor or Director, or those who have held similar academic leadership positions, will be given preference.
• Demonstrated expertise in academic strategy, quality assurance, institutional development, and leadership.
