Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited (SHCIL) has invited applications for the position of Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (Deputy CISO) on Fixed Term Engagement (FTE) basis at Head Office, Mumbai / Navi Mumbai. Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
- Educational Qualification: Full-time Engineering Graduate or full-time Post Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Electronics & Communication / Cyber Security, or MCA from a UGC/AICTE recognized institute.
- Professional Qualifications (preferable): CISSP, CISM, CISA.
- Work Experience: Minimum 12 years (Sr. Manager) / 15 years (Div. Manager) post-graduation, of which at least 08 years in senior cybersecurity leadership roles.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 50 years (Sr. Manager) / 55 years (Div. Manager) as on 30-Jun-2026.
Core Competency
- Design and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, policies and security architectures including IAM, PAM, Zero Trust.
- Compliance and risk management; knowledge of SEBI CSCRF, RBI, IRDAI, PFRDA, ISO 27001, CIS Controls.
- Data protection (DLP, classification, encryption) under DPDP Act.
- Incident response, threat hunting, digital forensics; SOC, SIEM/MDR, EDR/XDR.
- Application security, Secure SDLC/DevSecOps, API security, third-party/vendor cyber risk.
Job Description
- Drive cybersecurity strategy and governance across StockHolding and subsidiary companies.
- Oversee cyber resilience, stress testing, and preparedness programs.
- Coordinate with subsidiary CISOs; establish common security operating models and best practices.
- Develop and implement information security policies, standards, procedures and governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with IT Act, DPDP Act, RBI, IRDAI, PFRDA, ISO, SOC, SEBI framework.
Remuneration
Starting CTC as per SHCIL FTE norms for Sr. Manager / Div. Manager grade (excludes Group Medical, Life and Accident Insurance).
