+The State Bank of India (SBI) has declared the Final Result for the recruitment of Circle Based Officers (CBO) (Advt No. CRPD/CBO/2025-26/18). A total of 2,273 vacancies were advertised (2,050 Regular + 223 Backlog) across 16 circles. The final result was declared on 24 July 2026 based on combined marks of Online Test and Interview.

- Online Test: Objective Test (120 marks, 2 hours, 4 sections: English Language, Banking Knowledge, General Awareness/Economy, Computer Aptitude) + Descriptive Test (50 marks, 30 min, Letter Writing & Essay). No negative marking. +
- Screening: Applications reviewed to verify experience matches SBI Scale-I Generalist Officer profile. +
- Interview: 50 marks. Minimum qualifying marks as decided by Bank. +
- Final Merit: 75% Online Test + 25% Interview. Circle-wise and Category-wise selection. +
- Local Language Proficiency Test: Before joining. Exempted if studied local language at 10th/12th level. +
