• Core Responsibilities: Driving progressive research tracks, shaping future-ready curriculum, handling undergraduate/postgraduate coursework, and contributing to an industry-integrated learning ecosystem.

• Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Psychology from a top 200 university in the QS World University Rankings or a highly reputed national university.

• Experience Requirement: Relevant teaching experience is mandatory for candidates applying directly for the Senior Lecturer track.

• Research Track: Applicants must possess and actively exhibit a strong, progressive research background with quality academic publications.
