Selection (100 marks)
- Education (max 70): Matric % × 0.5 (max 50), Intermediate % × 0.1 (max 10), Graduate % × 0.1 (max 10).
- Training (max 30): first 5 days = 15; each extra day = 1 mark (max 15 more); training under 5 days not counted.
