RVNL GM/AGM (S&T) Deputation 2026 - New Delhi
Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), a Navratna CPSE under Ministry of Railways, invites applications for the post of General Manager / Additional General Manager (S&T) at Corporate Office, New Delhi on deputation basis for five years.
About RVNL
RVNL is the construction arm of Indian Railways executing major rail infrastructure projects including new lines, doubling, electrification, metro corridors, highways, bridges and tunnels across India.

Minimum Eligibility
For GM (S&T): Level-14 (CDA) / IDA E-8 (Rs. 1,20,000 - 2,80,000/-): Officers of S&T Department holding substantively:
- (i) Posts in analogous grade (CDA / IDA); OR
- (ii) Posts in Level-13 (CDA) and having 17 years of service in Group A; OR
- (iii) Posts carrying grade IDA E-7 (Rs. 1,00,000 - 2,60,000/-) for four years
For AGM (S&T): Level 13-A (CDA) / IDA E-7 (Rs. 1,00,000 - 2,60,000/-): Officers holding substantively:
- (i) Posts in analogous grade (CDA/IDA); OR
- (ii) Posts in Level-13 (CDA) and having 12-14 years of service in Group A; OR
- (iii) Posts carrying grade IDA E-6 (Rs. 90,000 - 2,40,000/-) for four years
Experience
Preference will be given to candidates having experience of working in a construction organisation.
