Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, invites applications from eligible officers for the post of General Manager (Finance) at its Corporate Office in New Delhi, on deputation basis for five years.

About RVNL

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) is the construction arm of Indian Railways, incorporated in 2003, engaged in development, implementation and project management of rail infrastructure, metro projects, highways, bridges, tunnels and other major infrastructure projects in India and abroad. RVNL is a Miniratna CPSE listed on BSE and NSE.

Vacancy Details

Minimum Eligibility

For GM: Level-14 (CDA) / IDA E-8 (Rs. 1,20,000 – 2,80,000/-): Officers of Finance Department holding substantively:

• (i) Posts in analogous grade (CDA / IDA); OR
• (ii) Posts in Level-13 (CDA) and having 17 years of service in Group A; OR
• (iii) Posts carrying grade IDA E-7 (Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,60,000/-) for four years

Experience & Preference

Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Finance & Accounts functions in infrastructure projects, including:

• Project Finance, Budgeting and Financial Planning
• Treasury / Fund Management
• Taxation, Contract and Commercial Matters
• Audit and Finalization of Accounts
• Experience in handling ERP / SAP-based financial systems and infrastructure projects will be desirable
• Prior experience of working in Central or State PSUs will be an added advantage
