RVNL General Manager (Civil) Deputation 2026 - Kolkata
Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), a Navratna CPSE under Ministry of Railways, invites applications from eligible officers for the post of General Manager (Civil) at Kolkata on deputation basis for five years.
About RVNL
RVNL is the construction arm of Indian Railways engaged in development of rail infrastructure, metro projects, highways, bridges, tunnels and major infrastructure projects. Incorporated in 2003, RVNL is a Navratna CPSE listed on BSE and NSE.

Minimum Eligibility
For GM (Civil): Level-14 (CDA) / IDA E-8 (Rs. 1,20,000 - 2,80,000/-): Officers of Civil Engg. / IRSE / Other PSUs holding substantively:
- (i) Posts in analogous grade (CDA / IDA); OR
- (ii) Posts in Level-13 (CDA) and having 17 years of service in Group A; OR
- (iii) Posts carrying grade IDA E-7 (Rs. 1,00,000 - 2,60,000/-) for four years
Experience & Preference
Preference will be given to candidates having experience of:
- Planning, execution and management of infrastructure projects
- Working in construction organization
