Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) invites applications from its superannuated ex-employees for the post of Advisor–Secretarial (01 post) on short-term engagement.

Eligibility (as on 01.09.2026)
- Graduate in any discipline with working knowledge of Shorthand and MS Office.
- Must have superannuated from minimum Manager–Secretarial and above in RCF.
- Minimum 10 years experience as Secretary to senior-level executives (Chairman / Directors / Executive Directors).
- Age below 65 years; engagement maximum up to 65 years.
Remuneration & Tenure
- Lump sum 80% of last drawn Basic Pay + DA (70% if retaining township accommodation).
- Appointment for 3 months, extendable by 3 months at a time based on requirement/performance.
- Casual leave 1 day/month + RCF holidays; no PF/Gratuity/PRP.
Selection Process
Personal Interview (100 marks – Personality & Communication 15, Subject Knowledge 50, Experience 20, General Awareness/Computer 15); minimum 50% to qualify.
