The Office of the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Raigarh (Chhattisgarh) has issued an advertisement (PMAY-G) dated 16.10.2026 inviting applications from eligible and interested candidates for 02 contractual posts - Block Coordinator (Vikas Khand Samanvayak) and Data Entry Operator - under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Gramin (PMAY-G) for the newly carved Sarangarh-Bilaigarh district. Applications are to be submitted only by registered post / speed post so as to reach the office by 10.11.2026, 5:30 PM. A press release for the recruitment was issued on 15.10.2026.

Qualification, Pay & Merit Marks

Age Limit & Domicile

• Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years, calculated as on 01 January 2026.
• Age relaxation as per orders issued from time to time by the General Administration Department, Government of Chhattisgarh, for contractual appointment.
• The applicant must be a permanent/local resident of Chhattisgarh; a self-attested copy of the domicile certificate is mandatory.

Contract Terms

• Contractual appointment is for a maximum period of three years; thereafter, if required, it may be considered for continuation for further period of one year on the basis of work ability, capacity and conduct as per Government directions.
• Governed by the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Contract Appointment) Rules 2012 and the General Administration Department memo no. 20-3/2022/1-3 dated 29.09.2022; leave as per the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Contract Appointment) Rules 2012.
• Either party may terminate the appointment by giving one month's prior notice or one month's pay in lieu thereof.
• No pension, gratuity or death benefit is admissible for the contractual service period.

Selection Process

1. All applications received are listed on the basis of merit and candidates are called for the skill test.
2. The final selection list is prepared by adding the marks of the skill test; the highest-scoring candidate is appointed.
3. Candidates on the waiting list are kept for one year; future vacancies are filled from the waiting list.
4. Character verification and medical fitness are carried out at the time of appointment.

How to Apply

• Applications in the prescribed proforma, in a closed envelope, only by registered post / speed post, addressed to Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat - Raigarh (Chhattisgarh), PIN 496001, must reach by 10.11.2026, 5:30 PM. Applications sent in person, by e-mail or by any other electronic means will not be accepted.
• Write the name of the post applied for clearly on the top of the envelope, otherwise the application will be rejected.
• Attach self-attested copies of all required documents - photograph, educational certificates / marksheets, caste certificate, domicile certificate, employment office live registration certificate, experience documents and NOC if employed.
• A separate application is required for each post.

Important Notes

• A candidate who married before the minimum legal age for marriage is not eligible; a married candidate must enclose the marriage certificate.
• A candidate with more than the prescribed number of children is not eligible; an affidavit in this regard is mandatory.
• A candidate who has married a person with a living spouse is not eligible, except with Government sanction.
• The number of posts may change; recruitment may be postponed at any stage.
