Punjab & Sind Bank Eligibility Criteria 2026
- Basic Qualification: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from any recognised University. Applicants holding a post-graduate degree in Physiotherapy will be given preference.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in any hospital or clinic as a Physiotherapist.
- Working days: Any 02 working days per week, as decided by the appointing authority.
- Working hours: 02 hours per day.
- Remuneration: Rs. 7,200/- per month consolidated.
- Period of contract: Initially two years. Performance is reviewed before expiry and may be extended by two years on a retainer basis after each such term, if found satisfactory.
- Termination: The contract is terminable with two months’ notice from either side.
- Place of posting: Regional Office, 4th Floor, Jai Kartar Tower, Gobind Nagar, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana – 141001.

Terms and Conditions
- Qualification: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy; preference to post-graduate holders.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years in a hospital or clinic as a Physiotherapist.
- Duty: 02 working days per week, 02 hours per day.
- Remuneration: Rs. 7,200/- per month.
- Contract period: Initially two years, renewable for two-year retainer terms.
- Termination: Two months’ notice from either side.
- The Bank reserves the right to review the rate of remuneration, alter duty hours and location, and cancel the process at any point without notice.
- The Physiotherapist must bring his/her own basic equipment needed for treatment.
- Strict secrecy regarding the affairs of the Bank and its constituents is required.
Job Role
- Assess staff physical, communication and cognitive skills and develop a treatment plan.
- Assist staff in pain-relief exercises and everyday activities based on their circumstances.
- Review progress and adapt treatment; implement physical and psychological assessments.
- Maintain records and reports; advise on suitable equipment.
