How to Check Punjab PCS Mains Result 2026

• Visit ppsc.gov.in and open the Latest Updates / Results section.
• Find the notice "Roll Number Wise List of Provisionally Shortlisted Candidates for Interview" for PSCSCCE 2025 (Advt 20251), dated 4 November 2026.
• Download the 8-page result PDF and search (Ctrl+F) your examination roll number.
• If shortlisted, download the separate scrutiny notice and check your date and reporting time in Annexure-A.
• Attend the in-person document scrutiny at Patiala with originals, self-attested photocopies and the signed application-form printout.

Documents for Scrutiny (as applicable)

• Signed printout of the online application form; matric certificate as date-of-birth proof.
• Punjabi language qualification certificate up to Matriculation or equivalent standard.
• Degree certificates and Detailed Marks Certificates (DMCs).
• Caste / reserved-category, EWS and Punjab residence certificates (as specified in the notice).
• Ex-servicemen release order / PPO, LDESM certificate and age-relaxation proof, where applicable.
• Proof of government employment and fee-concession documents, where applicable.

Selection Process — Where Candidates Stand

• Completed: Preliminary Examination (7 Dec 2025) and Mains Written Examination (1–10 April 2026).
• Current stage: in-person document scrutiny (11–17 Nov 2026).
• Next: physical test for DSP, Deputy Superintendent Jails (Grade-II) and District Probation Officer posts (tentatively late November 2026).
• Then: interview / personality test (tentatively first week of December 2026) and final selection per recruitment rules.
