PRL (Department of Space, Govt. of India), a premier scientific and research institute, announces the following traineeship programme for ONE YEAR for young, energetic and dynamic candidates for its premises at the Udaipur Solar Observatory (USO), Udaipur, under the skill development programme.

Selection
Selection will be through a Skill Test. Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated for the skill test. Outstation candidates (outside Udaipur) shortlisted for the skill test shall be paid Travelling Allowance to and fro (Railway Sleeper Class / Ordinary Bus fare by the shortest route), subject to production of railway/bus ticket copies.
Terms & Conditions
- The positions are purely temporary (one-year traineeship) and do not lead to permanent absorption in the Laboratory/its observatories. Candidates will not be treated on par with regular employees of USO/PRL.
- Candidates who have already availed / are availing similar traineeship at PRL / its observatories will not be allowed to participate in the skill test.
- Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected; no interim correspondence will be entertained. USO/PRL reserves the right to cancel the skill test process.
