- Post: Financial Advisor, Level-13 as per 7th CPC (Rs.123100-215900) – one post each at 14 AIIMS (14 vacancies in total).
- Mode of appointment: Deputation basis (including short-term contract); period of deputation ordinarily not to exceed three years, with extension up to a maximum of seven years in administrative exigencies.
- Upper age limit: shall not exceed 56 years as on the last date for receipt of applications (the crucial date for determining eligibility for length of service and upper age limit).
- Eligibility: officers under Central/State/UT Governments, University, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Research & Development Organisations – (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis; or (ii) with five years’ regular service in the Organized Accounts Services at Level-12 of the Pay Matrix (Rs.78800-209200) as per 7th CPC (Grade Pay Rs.7600 pre-revised as per 6th CPC); or (iii) officers with five years’ regular service at the level of Deputy Secretary of the Central Government in Level-12 of the Pay Matrix (Rs.78800-209200) and having three years’ experience in the field of finance and accounts.

About
The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (PMSSY Division) invites applications for filling up one post of Financial Advisor [Level-13 as per 7th CPC (Rs.123100-215900)] each at 14 AIIMS – Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Bibinagar (Telangana), Darbhanga, Gorakhpur, Guwahati, Jammu, Jodhpur, Kalyani, Mangalagiri, Raebareli, Raipur, Rajkot and Rishikesh – on deputation basis (including short-term contract) (F. No. Z-28015/57/2023-PMSSY-IV (8243506), dated 14th September 2026).
Period of deputation: initially three years, with further extension up to a maximum of seven years considered in administrative exigencies as per Government rules. The post carries usual Central Government allowances and other allowances sanctioned in AIIMS, New Delhi.
