Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana – Department of Plant Breeding & Genetics invites applications for engagement of one post of Sr. Field / Lab Helper at Rs. 15,414 + Rs. 800 per month + ESI & EPF on a contractual basis, out of the “Amalgamated Fund / University Fund”.

Summary

Educational Qualifications

1. 10+2 with Punjabi up to matric level with four years experience as Jr. Field/Lab Coordinator / Jr. Field/Lab Helper; OR
2. Matric with Punjabi with eight years experience as Jr. Field/Lab Coordinator / Jr. Field/Lab Helper; OR
3. Middle with Punjabi with ten years experience as Jr. Field/Lab Coordinator / Jr. Field/Lab Helper.

Notes

• Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidates who are already assisting in the conduct of field experiments or handling of samples or laboratory analysis.
• Reservation: 25% and 12% posts reserved for SC and BC candidates of Punjab state respectively; 13% for ex-servicemen and 3% for physically handicapped persons.

• Candidates should appear before the selection committee with their original certificates on 13-10-2026 at 11.00 AM in the office of the undersigned. No TA/DA will be given for attending. Services may be terminated at any time without notice.
