- Written examination of 200 marks with Paper-I on General Engineering with Farm Machinery and Power for 100 marks and Paper-II on Agri Processing and Food Engineering with Soil and Water Conservation for 100 marks on MCQ and OMR with 25 percent negative marking - confirm the exact scheme in the PDF
- Personality test of 25 marks with shortlisting at about 1:2 per category with a minimum of 5 candidates
- Tie broken by written marks and then senior age with document verification and Medical Board clearance
