Essential Eligibility
- Qualification: MBA in any discipline from a recognized institution. Specialization in Marketing or Human Resource Management is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, business development, client relationship management, training coordination, event management or a related field.
Work Responsibilities
- Marketing & business development: publicize HRM training programmes, identify Government/PSU and private-sector clients, maintain participant database, generate leads, prepare/follow-up proposals, develop customized residential, in-company and online programmes including webinars.
- Programme management & coordination: coordinate residential, in-company and online programmes; participant communication; faculty & client liaison; venue/hotel arrangements; on-site management; travel as required.
- Billing, documentation & reporting; preparation & publication of the annual training calendar; hotel empanelment across India; other duties as assigned by the Group Head (HRM).
Terms & Conditions
- Purely contractual; no right to regular appointment/absorption/regularization in NPC or its associated bodies.
- Candidate must carry own laptop; no laptop/desktop provided.
- NPC reserves the right to cancel/withdraw the advertisement.
