NIT Delhi Research Associate-III (RA-III) Recruitment 2026 – MoEFCC-Funded Project
National Institute of Technology Delhi (NIT Delhi) invites applications from highly motivated and eligible candidates for the post of Research Associate-III (RA-III) under the project "Feasibility Assessment of bioelectricity generation and optimization of substrate in coupled constructed wetlands for wastewater treatment" in the Department of Civil Engineering, as per Advt. No. NITD/MEFCCP/2026/04.

Essential Qualification
- Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Environmental Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or relevant areas with minimum 60% aggregate marks (CGPA ≥ 6.5/10)
OR
- 03 years experience in Research, Teaching and Design and Development after M.E./M.Tech./M.V.Sc. with minimum 60% aggregate marks (CGPA ≥ 6.5/10) with at least 01 Research Paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal
Desirable Qualification
- Consistent good academic record and knowledge in the relevant area
- Prior working experience in Water and Wastewater treatment, Constructed Wetlands, Pollution Control, Bioelectricity Generation etc.
- NET/GATE qualified
- Proficiency in computing skills
Appointment Details
